1. Shipping Policy

Handling time:

One Business Day: heat transfer materials, heat transfer vinyl, vinyl iron on letter/number, iron-on transfers, custom iron-on transfers, decals/stickers, custom Decals/stickers

Usually about 1 week; 2 weeks at most during busy season: customized twill letter and number kits, custom iron on patches

Shipping time:

Table Rate: regular shipping by Canada Post or USPS, 3~6 business days delivery;
TNT: Express shipping, 2 or 3 business days delivery;
UPS: Overnight shipping, 1 or 2 business days delivery;

 When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method select­ed and your shipment’s destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in 1 business day.

Shipped to Canada, for order less than $100, your items will be shipped via Canada Post regular service without tracking number;  

Shipped to USA, for less than $ 20, your items will be shipped via USPS without tracking number.

2. Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for quality reason, return of customized items is unacceptable, because it's designed for you. However, we will deal with it ASAP until you are satisfied with it.

Any claims for damaged or unqualified products should be proved by photos within 2 business days after receipt of package.

If we can’t process as your requests, we will inform you in advance and refund for items within 7 of the purchase date in the full amount including shipping charges with same form as the original payment type.
